Rex
Rex guinea pigs are known for their friendly nature. They have coarse wiry hair that makes them resemble a cuddly toy! In my experience rexes tend to be tame and enjoy cuddles. They often grow to be a bit larger than other guinea pigs (although Swiss tend to be larger still).
Although not short haired they do not require too much grooming. As their fur is coarse they don't tend to have things stick to them, unlike some of the longer / smoother haired piggies.

Minerva - Born 14th September 2010
Minerva is a gorgeous Silver Agouti Rex. She is just under a year old and has had one litter. She is a very sweet girl and loves carrot!

Molly - Born 27th September 2010
Molly (formerly known as Jesse) is a cinnamon agouti and white rex. She has gorgeous pink ears and is happy to sit and have cuddles - especially if it means she can have a munch on some veggies. She is also just under a year old and has had one litter. Also from Pickersleigh stud.

A beautiful cinnamon agouti and white rex girl. Home bred at Rockliffe's cavies - daughter of Molly and Ron :)
