Abyssinian
Abyssinian guinea pigs have smooth hair, but with rosettes over their body creating a spiky appearance. Although the hair appears spiky it is very soft to the touch. A lovely breed of guinea pig, and fun to look at.
Sows
Myrtle - Born approx 1st November 2011
Myrtle is a gorgeous lemon agouti and buff Abyssinian sow. She is still a little timid, but with lots of handling is getting much better at cuddles. She is mother to Skeet and a real sweetie to watch them together.
Rita Skeeter (Skeet) - Born 31st July 2011
Skeet is Myrtle's daughter. She is much more adventurous and outgoing than her Mom, and enjoys cuddles and vegetables. She has got a great little character, but didn't quite know what to make of the camera!

A lovely lemon and black Aby x. She is very skittish, but starting to settle in now.
Boars
Grawp - Born approx 1st May 2011
Grawp is a cinnamon agouti and white abyssinian boar. He is very shy and jumpy, but is getting more comfortable with being handled - especially when bribed with vegetables!
