Coronet
Coronet guinea pigs have long hair. Unlike the peruvian the hair sweeps back over the face rather than forward on to it. Coronets have a crest on their head and hair the same as a sheltie. These piggies require more grooming, especially if kept on shavings as the shavings can get tangled in the fur. They can also become knotted. If you are not planning on showing your coronet piggy then you can always give them a trim, especially around the rear!

Albus - Born 12th June 2011
Albus is a very handsome buff, white and slate coronet boy. He has amazing eyebrows! He also has one blue eye and one brown eye which is just adorable. He is a very sweet natured little thing and enjoys snuggling up with me. Although he has only recently come to live with me he is already very tame and loving.
He wiggles a bit so I couldn't get a photo of his blue eye!
Thanks to Demi and Vanessa at Quality Pet Cavies for this lovely boy
